How do I update or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your Hiro subscription — including updating your plan or cancelling — directly from your account settings.

Managing your subscription

  1. Click the Account button in the top right, then go to Manage Users/Billing.

  2. Click Manage Your Subscription. This opens a Stripe window with two options:

    • Update Subscription — change your plan

    • Cancel Subscription — end your subscription
