Manage Accounts
Go to top right account tab in Hiro → "Manage Accounts"
Add New Client:
Click "Add Client" → Enter client name
Choose Email Provider:
Select "Klaviyo"
Create API Key in Klaviyo:
Settings → Account → API Keys → Create a new private API key called "hiroanalytics" → Select Read Only
Copy API Key to Hiro:
Copy key from Klaviyo → Paste in Hiro
Choose E-commerce Platform:
Select platform (e.g., Shopify)
Attribution Settings:
Match email & SMS attribution between Klaviyo and Hiro
This needs to match exactly to the settings in Klaviyo for all fields for the data attribution to be accurate
Permissions:
Select "Yes" if multiple team members need access
Start Client Import:
Click "Start Client Import" → Wait for confirmation
Monitor Status:
Status shows "Onboarding" → Data usually takes up to ~24-72 hrs to backfill, depending on how large the client is
Receive Notification:
You will receive an email confirmation once data backfill completes!
