How to Set Up Client Access in Hiro

You can give your clients access to Hiro in two different ways — depending on how much information you want them to see.

What are the two types of client access?

Access Type

What They See

Dashboard Only

A single-page custom dashboard (branded with your logo) with no navigation or other views

Full Access

Full access to almost all Hiro features — campaigns, flows, lists, cohorts, reporting — for only their account (no agency-wide data)


What does "Dashboard Only" access look like?

  • A clean, single-page view

  • Customized with your agency’s branding (logo + color scheme)

  • No navigation menus or access to other areas of Hiro

  • Great for clients who just need high-level visibility without complexity

Tip: You can preview the dashboard exactly as clients will see it by checking the “Preview as Client” box on the Custom Dashboard page.


What does "Full Access" look like?

  • Clients get access to:

    • Campaign Deep Dives

    • Flow Deep Dives

    • List Growth and Cohorts

    • Order and Revenue Reporting

    • Custom Dashboards (view-only, not editable)

  • Clients can only see their own account’s data

  • Agency View and account switching are disabled for clients


How do I add a client seat?

Each client login requires a seat subscription:

  1. Go to Account → Manage Users/Billing

  2. If you haven’t already, add a Seat Plan ($10 per seat/month)

  3. Choose the quantity (e.g., 2 seats = $20/month)

  4. Confirm the subscription through Stripe

  5. Invite Clients and choose access

Note:

  • One seat = one client login
