How do I connect a Yotpo client in Hiro?
Go to the Account page in Hiro
Click Connect a Client
Enter the client name and select Yotpo as the email provider
In another tab, log into the client’s Yotpo account
Click Connect Yotpo in Hiro
Accept the integration prompt in Yotpo
You’ll be redirected back to Hiro and see the client marked as “Onboarding”
Once the data is backfilled (usually within 24 hours), reporting will be available.
What Yotpo data is available in Hiro?
Most views are supported, including:
Campaign and flow performance breakdowns
Revenue attributed to email and SMS
Custom dashboard views
Board generator slides (except list growth)
Agency view summaries
What’s different with Yotpo compared to Klaviyo?
There are a few limitations due to API constraints:
No attributed % of total store revenue
Yotpo does not provide order-level data, so we cannot calculate attributed revenue as a percentage of total store revenue.
No list growth reporting
Yotpo’s API does not provide subscriber growth data, so you won’t see email/SMS subscriber charts or list growth metrics.
No product-level reporting for campaigns
You won’t see which products were purchased from individual campaigns.
No campaign creative previews
Unlike Klaviyo, campaign emails cannot be previewed directly in Hiro.
No message-level metrics for flows
While flow-level metrics are available, Hiro cannot display message-by-message performance within a Yotpo flow.
What should I know about the Agency View for Yotpo clients?
In the Agency View, Yotpo clients will appear alongside others. However:
Percent attributed will not be available
Email/SMS subscriber counts will be unavailable
Everything else — including campaign and flow performance — will work as expected.
What about the Custom Dashboard and Board Generator?
The Custom Dashboard is fully supported
The Board Generator includes all slides except for list growth, since that data is not available
What’s next for the Yotpo integration?
This is the V1 release. As Yotpo expands its API offerings, we’ll roll out additional features — such as:
Product-level attribution
Message-level metrics
List growth reporting (if made available)
