Before You Begin
You must have admin access to the Klaviyo account(s) you want to integrate.
You need admin access to your Hiro Analytics workspace.
Note: The initial historical backfill of data can take up to 24 hours.
High-Level Steps
To integrate Hiro Analytics with Klaviyo, you’ll generate a private API key from Klaviyo and enter it into your Hiro Analytics settings.
Installation Instructions
Log into your Klaviyo account.
Navigate to Account > Settings > API Keys.
Click Create Private API Key and copy the key.
Log into your Hiro Analytics dashboard.
Navigate to Manage Account/Billing > Connect a Klaviyo Account
Enter the Client Name
Paste your Klaviyo private API key into the field provided.
Specify the ecommerce platform that will be integrated along with Klaviyo.
Click Add Client.
Confirm Your Integration is Working
In Hiro Analytics, go to Account Management > Current Clients.
Confirm that the Klaviyo Account you integrated has a Status that is not null.
Hiro Analytics will alert you when the initial backfill is completed.
Outcome
You’ve now integrated Hiro Analytics with Klaviyo and begun syncing email and SMS performance data.
